I work in the CTO office of a large company, with a background in coding and product management, and a long-standing interest in mentoring, leadership, and design thinking. This is where I write down the things that inspired me, that made me stop and think — a trend report, a conversation, a post from someone whose work I admire. Thoughts, not essays — quick to read, and hopefully as inspiring to you as they were to me.

A note on how this is written. Every post here starts as my own notes, reactions, and arguments — things I am actually thinking about, from my work, my reading, or conversations with people I respect. I use an AI writing assistant, the same way many people now use Grammarly or spell-check, to help turn raw notes into clean, readable prose. It does not generate the ideas, opinions, or conclusions — I do. Every sentence is read, edited, and signed off by me before it goes live.
